I have been in the technical industry for more than two and a half decades; I have seen & been a part of the rapid change in the overall approach and major shift in the way technology is affecting our day-to-day life. The gestation period of the evolving tech to touch our lives has greatly reduced. And being a part of this change I have moved with it. From being a hard core Defence embedded systems man, designed and developed mission critical control systems, moved to telecom and now mobility & AI, I have moved on to embrace them all !!
One Major area where I feel I can contribute effectively to, in the current dynamics of the industry is as a Technical Consultant to the Core Domain industry in IT as well as Automation. My major interest, of late, has been creating solutions around Location Based Solutions and Artificial Intelligence based Analytics platforms and using them across domains. I have been involved in design, development and implementation of a SAAS solution, with mobile hand-held being the client, and standard open source frameworks being the servers. Some of the domains I have been concentrating on are mission critical systems, transport, healthcare and education.
Having worked in the embedded domain for 10 years I feel IOT and process automation are areas I would like to seriously explore. Wearable/ IOT is my area of interest for the immediate future!! The intention is to create a scalable, flexible, open source based LBS platform.
