Dr. S. Ravishankar

Visiting Professor, Dept of ECE, RV College of Engineering

20 years, Communication & Networking, RF, 4G, 5G, Wireless Communication, Satellite Communication, Modems & RF, Agile Antennas

First 20 years at Transmission R&D, ITI BLR honed my development skills by working on single carrier Modems and RF for Satellite and wireless applications. Subsequent 12 years was spent on developing state of the art Multicarrier Modems for DSL and cellular applications at Texas Instruments. In a stint in Academics thereafter, we developed well appreciated and published hybrid analytical techniques in state-of-the-art RF, that we are still trying to push into a product.
